If by “chance” you mean because it is unknown to us, yes.  The sex of a baby is determined at the moment of conception, whenever that may be.
Now, to play devils advocate here, that isn’t the logic “sexist” and “patriarchal” men use.  It boils down to the simple ability to make a decision.  Babies cannot make a decision for themselves, so people believe they have to for them. The sex of the baby makes no difference in this.  If it did, trust me, “men” would have found a non-invasive way to determine the sex of the baby as soon as it was known the female was pregnant.  However, once the baby is born, you are right, females have less rights, so by mere numbers, fetuses have more rights, but it’s not nearly as straight forward as people think.
Also, I’d argue gay men have less rights than females at this point, and that is no less decided by them than to be male or female in the first place.

Make Me Choose Thief edition:
↳   x-euphoria asked: Yuffie Kisaragi or Rikku

Hands down one of my favourite additions to the series.  FFX did such a fantastic job of making this group of people who are essentially “social, economic and in every literal way, outcasts”. The Al Bhed are hated by almost everyone who isn’t Al Bhed, and that hatred is completely falsley based, and this is shown to the point with Rikku.  Till Wakka found out officially he had no qualms with her, because her being Al Bhed doesn’t mean shes a bad person, and if anything, she is the shining example of the kind of culture, and personality that the Al Bhed truly are.  Cheerful, creative and devilishly good with machines.

In an effort to be completely honest though, Cid was a bit crass but that’s to be expected.

All in all, I love this game.

So, thinking about becoming a vegetarian.

I had a long drive home last night and I thought it over and I think I will go for it. I have always wanted to try it.  Considering the meat portion of my diet is small in the first place, this shouldn’t be a problem.  The only meat I usually eat is on a sandwich or in a calzone, both of which can be made without it.

So far today, I have not eaten meat, and don’t plan to.  So, if we count today, I’m one day strong.  Woo!

I’ll keep you guys posted on how this works out.  Should be a fun adventure for everyone involved.

On second thought, you won’t see my post, I’m changing my URL instead.

For some reason I am not surprised that he calls her “boo”..

Yes I’ve heard of it.  Jeeze though, I wonder who sent this..

I love these.  They always make me laugh.  Do people seriously think they are important enough that the entire “internet” has to stop doing something because it makes them panic?  Who is on the high horse now?

Old picture of my bedroom.  Kinda weird seeing it so different, and I kind of miss it. Time to move on though!
